Funding a HiLo bed in the ACT — NDIS and Support-at-Home

Most HiLo beds we deliver are partly or fully funded, and handling that process is part of what we do. The Sophie HiLo is NDIS-approved assistive technology, and for older people, Support at Home through My Aged Care funds equipment under the AT-HM scheme — the high tier covers up to $15,390, comfortably above every HiLo configuration. In practice: your OT identifies the need, you or the therapist calls us for a written quote and specifications, we send documentation to whoever manages the funding, and once approved we schedule delivery. DVA documentation is available on request, which is worth knowing in a city with a large veteran and public-service community.
