We put together a formal quote and the product information your plan manager, support coordinator or OT needs. If your OT wants specs or a chat, we're happy to talk with them directly.

Your funding is approved
However your plan is managed — self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed — we've worked with all three. If you're on aged-care funding instead, the path through your provider is similar.

We deliver, install and demonstrate everything in your home, anywhere in Australia, at no charge. You sleep smarter that same night.

On aged-care funding or DVA support instead?
- If you’re with My Aged Care (formerly Home Care Packages), your funding now comes through the Support at Home program — see our Support at Home funding guide.
- We can supply documentation for DVA and other schemes on request.
- Self-funding? Our prices stay a fraction of the big European brands — funding or not.
